Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract management, ideally including contract expiry, transition, or hand-back phases.
• Eligibility to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
• Good understanding of PPP / PFI models and contract law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support audits, reviews, and governance meetings related to contract transitions.
• Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones throughout the exit lifecycle.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
