£16 per hour - 40 hour week

We're supporting a well-known social housing provider who needs a reliable Damp & Mould Operative who can carry out treatments and then bring the property back to life with clean, tidy, tenant‑ready decorating.

What you'll be doing
  • Completing damp & mould treatments in tenanted properties
  • Carrying out prep work, making good, and repainting affected areas
  • Working safely and respectfully in occupied homes
  • Updating basic job notes and keeping to schedule
  • Being the friendly, professional face tenants meet on the day
What we're looking for
  • Experience tackling damp & mould issues in residential / social housing
  • Strong decorating skills - prep, make‑good, and a decent finish is key
  • Someone who looks after their work, their tenants, and their time
  • A team-player who's happy working independently day-to-day
  • Driver's licence able to use IT tablet
