A financial services organization is seeking a Junior to Mid-level Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Lawyer for a 6-month contract in London. The successful candidate will support capital markets transactions, working closely with senior lawyers and stakeholders. Requirements include being a qualified lawyer with 1–5 years of relevant experience, strong drafting skills, and a collaborative approach. This role is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a range of DCM transactions.

Location : London, 5 days per week in the office
Our customer, An international financial services organisation is seeking a junior to mid-level Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Lawyer to join its legal team on a 6-month contract. This role offers hands‑on exposure to a broad range of DCM transactions in a fast‑paced, deal‑driven environment.
The successful candidate will support on the execution of capital markets transactions, working closely with senior lawyers, internal stakeholders, and external counsel.
