Pay rate: £31.46 - £39.83 per hour (depending on experience)

I am recruiting on behalf of a prominent Leeds based university for an experienced Dean to lead one of their academic faculties on a full time temporary basis. This senior leadership role will involve providing strategic direction, overseeing academic standards, and supporting both staff and student success within the faculty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic and operational leadership for the faculty, ensuring alignment with university strategy and objectives
  • Oversee curriculum development, quality assurance, and teaching standards across all programmes
  • Support, mentor, and manage academic and administrative staff
  • Promote research, innovation, and collaboration within the faculty
