My client is looking to hire a mid-senior level DCM lawyer on an interim basis for a minimum of six months.
The successful candidate should have experience advising originators and arrangers on cross-border structured finance transactions, including Asset-Backed Securitisation. The candidate must be comfortable managing the documentation process (whether drafting or reviewing), managing more junior lawyers, and serving as the point of contact for the client. Ideally, the candidate should be familiar with the current regulatory environment, including securitisation regulation, prospectus regulation, listing requirements, etc.
Job duties: Transaction management, drafting, reviewing, negotiating documents, communicating with clients and other parties, drafting and reviewing legal opinions.
