Job summary

A leading engineering solutions provider in Wednesfield is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a days-based shift pattern (8am - 4:30pm). In this role, you will resolve mechanical and electrical maintenance issues, ensuring minimal breakdowns and disruptions. Candidates should ideally have City and Guilds/BTEC training in an engineering discipline, with essential electrical knowledge for fault finding. This position offers a robust training plan and the opportunity to join a growing manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Ideally City and Guilds/BTEC trained in an engineering discipline (electrical or mechanical).
• Electrical knowledge for circuitry and fault finding is essential.
• Applications welcomed from mechanically biased engineers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all breakdowns are kept to a minimum.
• Follow best mechanical and electrical engineering practices.
• Complete all planned work with minimal disruption to production.
• Log all work carried out on the maintenance system.
