Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial building services maintenance.
• Critical site maintenance experience (hospital, data centre, or similar desirable).

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) routines.
• Provide efficient responses to general reactive maintenance tasks.
• Perform routine checks and minor repairs on electrical systems.
• Maintain and repair general lighting systems.
• Conduct routine checks on HVAC equipment.
