A local authority is seeking a Day/Night Support Coordinator to provide essential care for adults with disabilities in Camden's supported living services. This role involves coordinating staff, ensuring high-quality support, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. Suitable candidates will have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and experience in social care environments. The position offers a rate of pay between £16.43 and £21.48 per hour on a temporary basis.
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Camden to assist with the appointment of a Day/Night Support Coordinator, on a 2.5-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

The Day/Night Support Co-ordinator will play a key role in supporting adults with disabilities in Camden's supported living accommodation services. The postholder will ensure high-quality care and support is delivered in line with personalised care plans, while coordinating staff on shift to maintain safe, effective, and person-centred practice. They will provide hands-on care, emotional support, and guidance to both customers and colleagues, ensuring services run smoothly during both day and night operations.
