A supportive residential care provider in Croydon is seeking a Day Coach to work with young people facing autism and complex needs. You will help create a safe environment, manage challenging behaviours, and support personal care needs. The ideal candidate will be resilient, proactive, and confident in behaviour management. Every day at this Ofsted "Good" rated SuperCare home brings both challenges and moments of real impact. The young people here are strong, determined, and each live with autism and complex processing needs. Their behaviours can include aggression such as hitting, spitting, hair pulling, or ripping clothes. Some express themselves through very challenging language - from racial abuse to graphic conversations - and others are drawn into online obsessions. Your role as Day Coach is to bring structure, calm, and consistency, helping them feel safe and supported through it all.
