Care Assistant - Maternity Cover – 18 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of a high quality service to service users and enhance their quality of life, while promoting independence.
  • Provide person-centred care which starts with a care plan for every resident.
  • Act as a keyworker and assist with daily living activities, personal care, administering medication, and meal times.
