As a Data Migration Analyst on Project Catalyst, you will play a key role in preparing, cleansing, and entering critical business data to support our migration into a unified Salesforce platform. This is a hands‑on, operational role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, good analytical thinking, and an interest in data. You will work closely with the project team to ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for key project milestones.

Responsibilities
  • Perform manual data entry, formatting, and validation across multiple datasets.
  • Cleanse and standardise data according to predefined migration rules and templates.
  • Support data extraction, preparation, and quality checks for migration cycles.
  • Flag inconsistencies, gaps, or issues for review with the project team.
  • Work daily with Data Leads to ensure readiness for test and production loads.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of data changes and follow established controls.
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and structured data.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage repetitive tasks reliably.
  • Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to follow defined processes and work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively with the project team.
  • Interest in data, digital systems, or project delivery (no prior experience required).
