A UK-based property consultancy is seeking a Data Manager to enhance CRM systems and support business development. The successful candidate will manage data reporting, assist in marketing efforts, and implement innovative tech solutions. Strong CRM experience and creativity in content production are essential for this role. The position offers hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for professional growth.
Location: Hybrid (UK – office & remote)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 0900 – 1730 Monday - Friday

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Manager to join our team. This is a varied role that combines data management, CRM development, and business development support to help drive business growth and operational efficiency.
You’ll play a key role in optimising our CRM system, producing insightful reports for senior management, and supporting our marketing efforts across social media, the company website, and branded content creation. Working closely with the Marketing Lead, Business Operations Manager, and wider team, you’ll also help identify and implement innovative tech solutions to streamline processes and improve productivity.
