We are looking for a highly organised and analytical Data Manager to join our team across Lift New Rickstones and Lift Maltings both based in Witham, Essex.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage data systems across both schools. You will take responsibility for key data processes and reporting, working closely with senior leaders and central teams to drive improvements in student outcomes, attendance, behaviour, and school performance.
Lift New Rickstones
Lift New Rickstones is graded 'Good' (November 2023) and has a state of the art building offering fantastic facilities for both students and staff. Over the last 10 years the school has seen a huge increase in student numbers, with the number of students on roll more than doubling. The school is a popular choice in the local area, is oversubscribed, and has added another new building to meet this demand. Lift New Rickstones is a great place to work with a friendly and supportive team. Staff numbers have also increased and the school is proud to boast high retention rates. Development is a priority with an extensive and successful CPD (Continuing Professional Development) programme to further develop our excellent staff.
Lift Maltings
Maltings is an 11-16 secondary school based in Witham, Essex. Situated between the cities of Chelmsford and Colchester, the school has 900 students on roll and benefits from a purpose-built building that was constructed in 2011. There are excellent transport links to London which enables our staff and young people to take full advantage of the wealth of opportunities that London provides. Free car parking facilities are available on site.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm. You will typically be based at one school in the morning and the other in the afternoon.
