Data Vendor / Project Manager

A large and growing retail business are looking to expand their IT function with the addition of a Data Manager. This role will focus on overseeing data engineering and integration for a company wide modernisation programme. Duties will include :

Responsibilities

• Managing the processes for data engineering and data integration in order to align to business needs
• Leading the engineering and integration team
• Managing 3rd party data engineering / platform provider
• Build data pipelines for platform
• Working to 'knit' systems together (hub / lake / warehouse)
• Be the focal point for projects / project management
