The MP&L Data Integrity department plays a vital role in maintaining accurate and aligned inventory across Solihull by overseeing reconciliation processes and safeguarding data quality. The role also includes managing the integration of engineering changes for both current and future vehicle models, delivering analytical insights to support informed decision‑making, and driving continuous improvement across supply chain operations.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Key responsibilities include analysing data to uphold inventory accuracy, coordinating engineering change activities, and working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth part introductions and consistent inventory alignment.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of engineering change impacts, identifying risks and implementing mitigation actions to protect inventory accuracy and supply continuity.
  • Serve as the primary MP&L contact for all current and future engineering change activities, providing data‑driven insight and operational guidance.
  • Manage the approval or rejection of iCreates, concerns, and alerts, ensuring all data is validated, aligned, and ready for controlled release.
  • Coordinate the timing and integration of part number changes into CMMS3 and ECCS, maintaining system accuracy and safeguarding data integrity.
  • Communicate part number changes, implementation timings, and associated impacts to key stakeholders across the business.
  • Support production operations by ensuring the smooth introduction of new part numbers, model year updates, and engineering‑driven changes.
  • Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams while continuously improving data integrity processes to enhance overall supply chain performance.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

You'll join us with strong analytical skills, supported by experience in data analysis within MP&L or broader supply chain environments, enable effective problem‑solving and informed decision‑making.

  • Ability to interpret and apply logistics and supply chain knowledge to support informed decision‑making.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Working knowledge of CMMS systems and associated processes.
  • Advanced IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a cross‑functional team.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and confident in navigating and managing change in a fast‑paced environment.
