A leading conservation organization in the UK is seeking part-time Data Entry Clerks to join their Finance Department. The successful candidates will support data processing and are required to have GCSE qualifications including Maths, along with prior office experience. Strong attention to detail and intermediate Excel skills are essential. This role offers a flexible work pattern of 25 to 30 hours per week, primarily office-based in Sandy, Bedfordshire.
The RSPB is recruiting for 2 Data Entry Clerks to work within our Finance Department supporting data processing. These roles are part time contracts between 25 to 30 hours per week working Monday to Thursday for a period of 9 months. The exact hours and working pattern to be mutually agreed with the successful candidates. Due to the nature of the work this role is office based at The Lodge, Sandy, Bedfordshire.
Day to Day duties will include opening and distribution of daily post received keying invoices onto the finance system (Open Accounts), checking and processing Sales Invoices, checking and reconciling data from our 3rd parties, retrieving, collating and reconciling grant related data in order to support grant funding claims, validating expense claims to ensure compliance with internal and external policies, supporting finance changes to RSPB Local Groups.
The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent including Maths have at least 12 months experience working in an office environment. Previous experience of data input have attention to detail while managing workload efficiently and effectively intermediate excel skills good verbal and written communication skills.
