Job summary

A global power technology company is seeking a Busbar Project Manager in Bedford, UK. This critical role involves leading the delivery of busbar projects within data center and MEP environments, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion. Candidates should have experience in project management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of project methodologies. Knowledge of electrical distribution systems is a plus. Intermittent travel to production facilities will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within Construction, Manufacturing, MEP, or data centre environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution systems, switchgear, or busbar trunking systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full delivery of busbar projects in data center and MEP environments.
• Oversee planning, budgets, resources, and schedules for on-time delivery.
• Act as the client’s main contact, driving clear communication across teams.
• Coordinate engineering, purchasing, and production.
• Champion risk management and continuous improvement.
