We are looking for a Data Architect/Engineer to lead how we collect, manage, analyse and use data across the organisation. This is a rare opportunity to design and build a data function from the ground up in a values-driven charity, where your work will directly support better outcomes for clients.
This is a hands-on, strategic role suited to someone who enjoys working across the full data lifecycle - from systems design and data engineering through to insight, reporting and influencing senior decision-makers. Working closely with the Chief Technology Officer, Leadership Team and Operational Managers, you will ensure our data is accurate, meaningful and used effectively to improve frontline services, strengthen research and campaigns, and meet regulatory requirements.
