We are looking for a diligent and analytical person to join this team in the role of Data and Analytics Programme Manager. In this fantastic role, you will lead change initiation, design and delivery and will be ultimately accountable for successful delivery of a programme, ensuring benefits realisation. You will operate at an executive level and engage and influence a wide spectrum of stakeholders and partners across HSBC. You will have support from CIB and GTS Data & Analytics delivery teams to support providing Data Analytics Products & Services to the GTS Trading, Sales and Operations use cases.

In this role you will:
  • Programme manage the GTS D&A Delivery Book of Work including business cases, resourcing and funding, planning, and drive standardisation on delivery process control and ensuring consistent quality of delivery output.
  • Lead the delivery of Data, Analytics and BI solutions via Agile methodology to accomplish measurable outcomes for GTS.
  • Report progress to senior stakeholders and business sponsors by operating and participating in key steering and governance committees.
  • When delivering BI and Analytics solutions, enforce tooling and reporting standards within the team.
  • Partner with the CIB Data & Analytics, architecture, technology and Vendor data teams to drive the strategic buildout of high-quality reusable data assets, analytics and BI.
  • Influence strategy and shape the programme approach across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes.
  • Drive programme delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks.
  • Lead definition of staffing, responsibilities and schedules.
  • Establish effective programme controls and procedure.
