What you will do

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team. You will be managing and analysing data in order to create impactful insights for strategic purposes. This is a pivotal position to bring the business to the next level, you will support our Marketing Teams using analytics to drive better decisions at Perk.

• Work with other Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers in our team to use quantitative analysis to help shape Perk's marketing strategy.

• Explore data from different sources, turning it into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions

• Develop and create metrics, dashboards, and reports to track and assess the impact of new initiatives

• Bring expertise on channel interaction via multi touch attribution and ideally marketing mix modelling

• Design experiments and incrementality testing

• Customer lifecycle, behavioural analysis and segmentation

What you need

• 5+ years of relevant experience interpreting data in data analytics

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English

You will need to prove the following

• You are a Master in data analysis tools (SQL)

• Experience with statistical packages (Python / R)

• Experience preparing, transforming, consolidating and normalising data (dbt)

• Experience with different data visualisation and BI tools (Looker)

• Storytelling and stakeholder management experience
