The Change Partners are working with a Tier-1 Consumer Electronics brand who are looking to hire a Data Analyst (Korean Speaking)

You’ll play a critical role in supporting the business by ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the sales reporting systems. This means meticulously managing customer data to prevent duplication and collaborating with channel partners to maintain the highest levels of data integrity.

You will also be a key technical partner for cross-functional teams, helping to implement new technologies and troubleshoot system performance. Essentially, you are the person responsible for turning complex data settings into actionable insights that drive value for the MX division.

The role is initially a day rate 12 month contract.

Key responsibilities:
  • System Maintenance: Ensure the business system is accurate and reliable to support all sales reporting needs.
  • Data Management: Prevent duplication and misalignment by meticulously managing customer details.
  • Channel Collaboration: Work closely with partners to address missing data and maintain overall data integrity.
  • System Monitoring: Proactively track performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high uptime for critical systems.
  • Process Optimisation: Partner with internal teams to implement new technologies and improve system efficiency.
  • Project Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of IT upgrades, migrations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly follow IT policies, security standards, and data protection measures.
