• 5+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst in IT Services or Managed Services.
• Solid understanding of ITSM data structures.
• Experience querying and transforming data using Azure Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Analyse ITSM, ITOM, and CSM data from ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop and maintain KPI dashboards.
• Define data models to optimise reporting and analytics.
