DATA ANALYST

GILLINGHAM - 3 DAYS A WEEK ONSITE

You'll be digging into operational and service-centre data, mapping out full customer and process journeys, and turning numbers into clear, actionable insight for senior leadership. Reporting, dashboarding and performance analysis are a huge part of the role, and you'll work closely with finance, ops and leadership to highlight what's working - and where the opportunities are.

You'll be responsible for:
