FJA are recruiting for an experienced Data / Commercial Analyst on behalf of our client. You will provide account analysis and insight to both internal departments and a well established client base.

You will provide analysis across account performance to identify areas for review and areas for improvement - ensuring all clients have the best possible products to suit their requirements.

Data / Commercial Analyst role

• The successful Data / Commercial Analyst will support and increase business growth by providing understandable analysis across all accounts / clients
• Suggesting areas for improvement / review within account base
• Support the Account / Sales department by attending review meetings with clients to provide data and feedback
• Work with Operational teams to analyse internal processes
• Regularly communicate with an Account base to ensure the company products and solutions are working well for them - recommending alternatives where appropriate
• Providing data analysis and insight across any other departments as required to support the wider business

This is a hands on role which requires a strong balance of Data Analysis work as well as managing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

To be considered for the Data / Commercial Analyst role you must have a strong background in Analysis and data interpretation - strong working knowledge of Excel is essential.
