• Investigating data issues and supporting first-line fixes.
• Logging, managing and resolving tickets related to data or sensors.
• Communicating clearly with customers when information or clarifications are needed.
• Supporting sensor configuration, site set-ups, and data exports.
• Helping maintain internal data tools and dashboards.
• Working closely with colleagues across Operations and Customer Success.
