A leading coffee company in Swindon is seeking a Data Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of data systems. This hands-on role involves managing cloud data, supporting teams, and upholding data protection standards like GDPR. Ideal candidates should have a data-related qualification and experience with Microsoft 365 tools. Origin promotes a vibrant work culture with a focus on training and sustainability, offering benefits such as generous leave, coffee perks, and a commitment to diversity.
As our Data Administrator, you’ll help keep Origin’s systems and data running smoothly day to day. You’ll look after the tools we use across the business, keep information tidy and up to date, and support the team with any data or system questions.
It’s a hands‑on role where you’ll learn how different parts of Origin work, from Sales and Finance to Production and Technical, and you’ll play your part in helping us stay connected, secure, and well‑informed.
Origin will begin relocating its Roastery production and HQ in early 2026, moving from Porthleven to a new site near Truro and Perranporth, just off the A30. We encourage applicants to keep this in mind when applying.
Ideally, you have a clean driving licence or are at least learning to drive, as the new site does not have public transport access.
We believe diverse perspectives enrich our culture and creativity. If you’re passionate about coffee and excited by this opportunity, even if you don’t tick every box, we encourage you to apply. Your unique experience could be exactly what we need.
At Origin, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, sustainability, and collaboration. We’re committed to providing an inclusive and inspiring environment where you can grow professionally and make a meaningful impact. And, of course, you’ll have access to some of the best coffee experiences imaginable.
