Job summary

A leading housing association in the UK is seeking an experienced damp and mould painter/operative. You will undertake damp and mould treatment in social housing properties and ensure all work meets high standards. The ideal candidate has proven experience in the required field and a valid UK Driving Licence. This role offers a pay rate of £17 - £18 P/H, with ongoing work lasting a minimum of 6 months.

• Apply mould wash treatment to walls and carry out painting over damp and mould repairs.
• Complete all work to the highest standards and comply with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with tenants regarding repairs.
