Dairy Farm Worker

Dairy Farm Worker – 6-Month Contract – Enniskillen – Competitive Salary
The Job:

A hands‑on Dairy Farm Worker is required for a 6 month contract starting in January. The role involves day to day stock work, milking and general dairy farm duties on a 190 cow herd milked through a modern swingover parlour. You will support herd care, feeding, grassland management, machinery operation (where competent) and routine maintenance as part of a small team throughout the season.

Our client operates a progressive dairy unit in Northern Ireland, managing a well‑maintained herd and modern facilities. They offer a supportive working environment and a practical, team‑focused approach to daily farm operations. Accommodation may be available for the right candidate.

The Candidate:
  • Previous dairy farm experience is essential, including confidence with milking
  • Comfortable handling livestock and carrying out routine husbandry tasks
  • Familiar with milking systems and general dairy equipment
  • Strong understanding of animal welfare and basic nutrition
  • Reliable, willing, and able to work effectively within a small team
  • Experience with Dairymaster equipment is an advantage but not essential.
