The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Daily Supply Teachers to join our team in Birmingham. You will cover lessons across different schools, supporting students and teachers, and helping maintain a productive and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver lessons and support learning in line with school plans.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe, supportive environment.
  • Follow lesson plans and adapt as needed to meet students' needs.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to support students' progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and report on student engagement and learning.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred.
  • Experience teaching in primary or secondary schools.
  • Flexible, reliable, and confident in managing classrooms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments.
