Role: Daily Nanny

Location: Parsons Green, London

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 6 pm

The family are looking for a nanny who brings warmth, energy, and a proactive approach. Someone with a genuine interest in educational play, early childhood development, and fostering a loving, supportive environment will be a fit. Their parenting style is relaxed but thoughtful, with an emphasis on talking situations through and understanding feelings, rather than using rigid discipline.

Responsibilities
  • Organise educational, social and fun activities both inside and outside the family home (including taking advantage of Hurlingham Club membership).
  • Help with school and nursery drop-offs and pick-ups (both just a short walk away).
  • Prepare healthy meals for the children.
  • Ensure play spaces and children's rooms stay tidy after a day of activities and manage children's laundry.
  • Occasional babysitting in the evenings.
  • Potential travel with the family during school holidays to their countryside home in Sussex or to Ibiza.
  • During travel, the nanny will have their own private accommodation; trips are no longer than two weeks at a time.
  • A driver would be a bonus, but it isn't essential.
Qualifications
  • Warm, energetic, proactive approach with a genuine interest in educational play and early childhood development.
  • Relaxed but thoughtful parenting style with a preference for talking situations through and understanding feelings.
  • Experience in sole charge caregiving and comfort with multi-child routines.
  • Flexibility for occasional evenings and travel; driving is a bonus but not required.
