Job description:

Role Title: 365 ERP F&O Senior Architect

Responsibilities

• Create detailed design documents and integrated solution designs for D365 FO/FSCM/AX projects.
• Evaluate and solutionize integration touch-points between different applications and external systems.
• Provide recommendations to improve performance after performing performance optimization on Microsoft Dynamics environments.
• Role-based security design and ensuring secure access across the D365 environment.
• Design and develop 3PL integrations and ensure end-to-end integration with external applications.
• Lead overall Service Engineering activities for D365 FO/FSCM/AX.
• Integration and interfacing capabilities across multiple systems, including on-prem and Azure deployments.
• Create and maintain architecture artifacts and solution designs for D365 FO/FSCM/AX implementations.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, manage a team of 5-15, and work on onsite/nearshore/offshore delivery models.
• Support and troubleshoot issues raised by clients during Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AX implementations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AX.
• At least 4-5 end-to-end D365 FO/FSCM/AX implementation experiences, including integrations with external applications.
• Ability/Experience in designing large technology landscapes with multiple system integrations, preferably with D365 FO/FSCM/AX.
• Technical development and troubleshooting skills in areas like SSRS, Workflows, deployments, alerts and email, data management, and role permissions in D365 FO/FSCM/AX.
• Understanding of On-Prem and Azure deployments in D365 FO/FSCM/AX.
• Strong understanding of integration protocols for large system integrations.
• Experience with Lifecycle Services and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with other technologies such as SQL, PowerBI, PowerApps, Mulesoft, SPS Commerce, EDI, etc.
• Working knowledge of ISVs integration with D365 FO/FSCM/AX.
• Ability to design and develop 3PL integrations and oversee end-to-end process areas (e.g., Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Retail).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; strong client interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams; capable of managing a team of 5-15.
• Willingness to work in Onsite/Nearshore/Offshore models.

Preferred

• Familiarity with EDI applications like SPS Commerce and related integrations.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting issues during Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AX implementations.

Education: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
