Role: D365 CE Functional Consultant – Customer Insights Journeys (Real-Time Marketing)

Overview

We are seeking experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultants with deep expertise in Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ) Real-Time Marketing. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and delivering advanced real-time marketing capabilities for a global transformation program.

Responsibilities
  • Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of CIJ Real-Time Marketing
  • Set up real-time events, triggers, and event-based conditions
  • Build advanced real-time segments (behavioral, event-driven, attribute-based)
  • Design complex customer journeys including branching logic, A / B splits, wait steps, suppression rules, and exit conditions
  • Configure brand profiles, compliance profiles, consent centers, and subscription centers
  • Build personalized email, SMS, and WhatsApp templates using dynamic content and rules
  • Define KPIs, analytics requirements, and journey performance reporting
  • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate needs into functional specifications
  • Support UAT, user training, release documentation, and go-live activities
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights Journeys
  • Strong understanding of RTM features : events, segments, branching journeys, orchestration
  • Hands‑on experience with goals, suppression rules, exit criteria, and compliance logic
  • Proficiency in building multi‑channel templates (email / SMS / WhatsApp) with personalization
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret journey insights and optimize performance
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and workshop facilitation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and business users
