We’re on the hunt for a D365 Business Central (BC) New Business Salesperson who knows how to open doors, close deals, and build relationships that last. Your mission? Drive new client acquisition, smash sales targets, and keep the pipeline flowing with high-quality opportunities. You’ll lead the charge on client engagements, craft winning bids and sales materials, and be the go‑to voice of the customer - making sure their experience is nothing short of amazing. Plus, you’ll team up with smart, cross‑functional collaborators to turn great ideas into real results.

What will you be doing?
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, ensuring strategic alignment of resources to deliver outstanding client outcomes and meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Design and execute creative, high‑impact sales campaigns and value propositions to attract a steady stream of prospective clients.
  • Identify high‑value potential customers and implement tailored engagement strategies to build trust, relevance, and long‑term opportunities.
  • Represent and promote Node4 at industry events, conferences, and through our partner and advisory networks to boost brand visibility and uncover fresh opportunities.
  • Take charge of crafting innovative client solutions, especially those that integrate multiple Node4 service pillars, delivering value beyond expectations.
  • Develop, manage, and close a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, leveraging cross‑functional teams to drive seamless execution and real success.
What will you bring?
  • Proven experience selling Business Central solutions
  • Background in digital consultancy, systems integration, or IT‑managed services, delivering outcome‑driven solutions to mid‑market and enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated success as a BDM focused on acquiring new clients, collaborating closely with marketing and demand generation teams to drive pipeline and growth.
  • A natural networker with the ability to forge strong, lasting connections both internally across teams and externally with senior stakeholders.
  • A strong track record of commercial acumen, including building compelling business cases for C‑level audiences and navigating complex internal deal structures.
  • Skilled in building strategic relationships and co‑selling within the Microsoft partner landscape to unlock joint value and expand opportunity pipelines.
