Job summary

A mid-sized UK technology firm in Leeds is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect for a 12-month contract to support their transition from B2B to D2C. Qualifications

• Experience in small or mid-sized organizations is essential.
• Previous involvement in digital transformation projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture to support the B2B → B2C transition.
• Design customer-facing systems (ecommerce/ordering, CRM workflows).
• Produce HLDs/LLDs and provide architectural direction.

Skills

Experience designing solutions for ecommerce or D2C businesses

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and broader Microsoft ecosystem

Experience supporting field service or installation workflows

Able to work independently

Good communication with non-technical teams
