A leading health service provider in Chester is seeking a dedicated Assistant Psychologist to support children and families in a collaborative environment. You will assist with psychological assessments and interventions under supervision, contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, and help coordinate therapeutic groups. This role is essential for providing compassionate mental health support and offers an inclusive working environment.
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Psychologist to join our Learning Disability Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (LD CAMHS) based in Cheshire (Ellesmere Port & Chester). In this rewarding role you will work under the supervision of experienced Clinical Psychologists to deliver high‑quality, compassionate support to children, young people and their families. You will assist with psychological assessments, behavioural interventions, Positive Behavioural Support plans, sleep strategies and help facilitate group work, attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to Annual Reviews and safeguarding discussions.
Planned short‑listing date: 8 December; interview date: 19 December.
