We have an exciting role on offer within our Growth service as a Cyclic Work Planner.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Regeneration directorate. The successful candidate will be part of the Built Asset Team, which manages and maintains all building assets for the council via a Corporate Landlord Model.

Responsibilities

The purpose of the post is to provide support to the Property Services department as the Cyclic Work Planner. You will monitor and manage the present Planned Maintenance orders and associated programmes within the council’s Asset management system Civica, investigate efficiencies, and report findings in a clear, concise manner to budget holders and service managers.

You will provide the Logistics and Compliance Manager with information regarding the PPM performance of the Internal DLO team and external contractors, service costs, system faults and bugs within the PPM module of Civica, and assist with other areas of the team’s service provision when required.

Provide ad‑hoc training and technical support to MBC site managers and act as an internal help‑line for the Civica Asset management system as needed.
