Job description

We're looking for a talented and driven Cyber Operations Specialist to join our Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) in London. This unique dual‑focus role places you at the heart of our critical security operations, where you will plan and coordinate Purple Team training, lead remediation and threat hunting, and support day‑to‑day service delivery.

This position requires flexibility, as we collaborate across multiple time zones. We encourage a flexible working culture and value adaptability in our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and orchestrate Purple Team exercises – managing scheduling, logistics, and resources across global teams, ensuring alignment with strategic security goals and maintaining detailed documentation of outcomes.
• Lead remediation efforts from Purple Team exercises, Threat Hunting, and Breach & Attack Simulations – track findings, prioritize actions, and ensure completion in collaboration with risk teams and stakeholders.
• Drive service delivery and operational support for GSOC – manage change requests, monitor KPIs, support governance and risk management, and collaborate with global teams to continuously improve security; assist with post‑incident reviews and maintain audit documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong background in cybersecurity with awareness of Purple Teaming, Threat Hunting, and Breach & Attack Simulations.
• Hands‑on expertise with JIRA and Power BI.
• Experience in project coordination, risk management, and remediation tracking.
• Knowledge of Agile or other project management frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH considered a plus.
