Overview

We are looking for a CVM Planning & Operations Specialist to keep track of all the changes happening across our Customer Value Management (CVM) team. As a CVM Planning & Operations Specialist you’ll be the go‑to person for new requests from our Go‑to‑Market and business teams, ensuring they align with our goals and resources.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate macro performance tracking across the business so we can monitor and report on our progress.
  • Identify areas where we need more insight and help define and deliver solutions.
  • Work with our squads to develop consolidated trading plans and ensure everyone is aligned on our long‑term goals.
  • Define and manage our planning timeline, prioritise activities and resolve conflicts.
  • Evaluate our CVM processes and find ways to optimise them.
  • Support the Senior Manager with budget management, forecasting and tracking.
  • Help lead cross‑segment strategic initiatives and remove blockers with key support functions and business partners.
  • Track and monitor our performance against key metrics and provide feedback to our teams and stakeholders.
  • Support our Senior CVM Managers and Head of CVM with generating content and performance updates for key forums.
Qualifications
  • Experience with complex projects – you’ve managed projects that involve multiple teams and stakeholders and you’re able to bring people together to achieve a common goal.
  • Data‑driven decision making – you’re skilled at analysing data and using it to inform business decisions, turning complex information into actionable plans that drive results.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies – you’ve worked with agile delivery models and tools like Jira or Asana, comfortable with iterative and incremental delivery.
  • Collaboration and communication – you’re a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, building relationships with stakeholders at all levels and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics.
