• Properly provision service provider charges.
• Follow proper credit approval processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
• Log & Prepare Files For Import.
• Receive Documents.
• Process shipments.
• Monitor shipments.
• Invoicing to clients.
• Support the department strategy.
• Offer best in class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensures smooth and timely freight process flow according to company operational procedures.
• Properly provision service provider charges to avoid reserves.
• Follow proper credit approval processes in order to minimise risk and protect the company.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into company operational systems.
• Log & Prepare Files For Import
• Receive Documents
• Process shipments
• Monitor shipments
• Invoicing to clients
• You will support the department strategy on a local level
• You will offer best in class customer service

Criteria

• Previous freight forwarding experience is 100% essential - along with knowledge of systems
• Fully PC Literate and proficient with Microsoft Suite
• Good communication skills - verbal and written
