A well-known retail chain in Port Talbot seeks a Customer Team Member to provide outstanding service and support to customers. The role involves working in shifts, including early mornings and late evenings, contributing to a customer-friendly environment and ensuring store standards. Ideal candidates will possess great people skills and show flexibility in shift patterns, actively participating in store activities while promoting inclusivity.
Location: 278 Tollgate Road; Margam Neath, Port Talbot, SA13 2DD
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Role will include working in our in‑store bakery.
Full, paid training provided.
