A leading retail company in Buckfastleigh is seeking Customer Team Leaders to join their team. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, leading a store team, and supporting a positive shopping experience. Candidates should exhibit strong people skills, organizational capabilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt. As a Customer Team Leader, you'll be part of a friendly team that's dedicated to helping our customers. We'll look to you to help lead the store team - coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 30 hours per week + regular overtime, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (6am store opening), afternoons, late evenings (11pm store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
Full, paid training provided.
You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co‑op, as you'll need to authorise age-related sales.
