Customer Team Leader – 6 Station Parade, Chiswick, W4 3HD

Pay: £15.24 per hour including London allowance

Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts over Friday, Saturday and Sunday, to be discussed at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery

What you'll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service - you'll give friendly, welcoming, easy, helpful and thoughtful service every day, working in our in-store bakery often taking ownership for managing the store and handling challenging situations
  • Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected
  • Make sure that the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational
  • Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to make shopping a great experience for our customers
  • Support your store manager by deputising when they're not working and delivering a variety of HR processes
  • Lead the way when introducing new products and services in your store - work closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback
  • Build relationships and get involved in your local community, supporting your Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan
