A global manufacturing company in Port Talbot is looking for a Customer Service representative to manage customer queries and complaints effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the ability to work well in a team. SAP experience is advantageous. Responsibilities:To be the first point of call for any customer queries relating to sales, execution, installations, and communications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Ensure that customer claims and complaints are resolved fairy, effectively, accurately, and timely, and in accordance with consumer laws.
Collaborate with other departments within the organisation to execute orders and meet customer expectations.
Maintain company pricing lists and margins.
Provide status updates when requested by management and customers.
Participate and engage in continuous improvement initiatives and supply feedback for improvement plans.
Train, coach, and mentor new associates in SAP and company procedures.
