  • A valid UK driving licence with trailer towing is needed.
  • Willingness to work flexibly and perform light lifting.

What You Will Be Doing

I am looking for a Customer Support Representative to join the Shropshire depot, covering the West Midlands and South West. You will:

  • Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Provide aftersales support including machine set up, optimisation, and operator training.
  • Promote products, services, and digital solutions to help customers improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with Parts, Service, and Sales teams to deliver customer focused solutions.
What You Need
  • Experience in farm management, agronomy, or agricultural engineering (potato industry knowledge a bonus).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable with Word, Excel, and agricultural machinery.
  • UK driving licence (with trailer towing).
  • Willingness to work flexibly and occasionally carry out light lifting.
