In this role, you will play a vital part in helping our customers stay legally compliant to be on the road supporting with important services such as MOTs and vehicle servicing. This is an outbound customer service position, where a key attribute for success in this role is the ability to effectively manage customer requests and provide a high level of service to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
