A leading recruitment agency in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager to lead the Internal Sales and Customer Service team. The role involves managing daily operations, driving team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in customer support and strong leadership skills. This is an ongoing temporary position with competitive hourly pay.
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Support Manager to lead our Internal Sales and Customer Service team. This pivotal role ensures exceptional customer experiences from initial enquiry to post-sale support. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £16.41 - £17.95 per hour (D.O.E)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
