Role

We are looking for a passionate and confident Customer Support Associate to join our fun and friendly Customer Support team! As a Customer Support Associate you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positives relationships with our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for our user base providing exceptional support and assistance. Your ability to understand customer needs effectively communicate with various stakeholders and contribute to process improvements will be essential to our success.

  • GSCE or equivalent in Maths and English.
