Customer Support Assistant

Telford, Shropshire

Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm).

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional customer services person to join a successful, progressive manufacturing business who have a long-standing presence in Telford. Working within their commercial team, there are excellent routes for progression within short time frames for the right motivated candidate.

Role Description
  • Carry out office administrative tasks, including packing, posting, printing, binding.
  • Collate and analyse sales data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Support the development of new and existing products in partnership with innovation, commercial & production teams.
  • Provide customer/product portfolio analysis including competitor landscape.
  • Work closely with the Customer Support Managers to carry out local and group projects.
  • Carry out regular product testing.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience of interfacing effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent team working skills.
  • Proven experience of managing multiple tasks efficiently through to completion.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Current, valid driving licence
