We are seeking a Customer Supply Manager to join our UK/Ireland Customer Service team!
This role will be responsible for organizing and managing the Customer Supply team (4 direct reports) to ensure customer satisfaction through order management, invoicing and complaint handling. This role will cover both Clinical and Industry and report directly to the UK/IE Supply Chain Manager.
We would expect that the right candidate would be able to scope out further integrations within Customer Service and Supply Chain, but also wider interactions (e.g., Finance and Marketing). It is also a key pillar in transforming our organisation into an agile, great place to work that is customer‑centric.
This position will require presence in our Basingstoke office (hybrid working policy).
Steer the different operations handled by your team in a timely and compliant manner: order management, communication and invoicing to customers and distributors.
Lead the team; manage and monitor the team's workload and performance; define objectives, methods and skills needed, in compliance with all applicable regulations; drive budget/resources for your perimeter. Contribute to UKI Supply Chain leadership, providing support beyond the customer supply team.
