Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Pharmacist to deliver exceptional customer success. You will be supported throughout your onboarding on our products and ways of working. If you are a qualified Pharmacist with excellent customer relationship skills and a passion for Medicines Optimisation, then apply today! This is a remote working position, however there is a requirement to travel to customer sites on an ad–hoc basis (around 20% of your position will include travelling).

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager, you will proactively engage healthcare stakeholders, understand their objectives and guide them towards measurable improvements in prescribing practices. Working within our Medicines Optimisation product portfolio, you will support our customers throughout the contract life cycle – being involved in tender writing, onboarding, customer success and training of our products. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with clinical, product, operational and technical teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Relationship & Contract Management: review the customer success plan for the account, conduct regular check‑ins and contract reviews to determine programme objectives, report progress and developments, and iterate plans as required.
  • Onboarding New Customers: lead from a clinical and engagement perspective all new client onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation and a clear understanding of our solutions.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: analyse prescribing data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement within the contracts; present actionable insights and recommendations during customer meetings.
