A leading healthcare technology organization is seeking a qualified Customer Success Manager to deliver exceptional support in Medicines Optimisation. You will engage with healthcare stakeholders, lead onboarding for new clients, and analyze data to recommend improvements. The role offers flexibility with remote work and requires travel to customer locations occasionally. Ideal candidates will have strong relationship management skills and a passion for healthcare excellence.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Pharmacist to deliver exceptional customer success. You will be supported throughout your onboarding on our products and ways of working. This is a remote working position, however there is a requirement to travel to customer sites on an ad–hoc basis (around 20% of your position will include travelling).
As a Customer Success Manager, you will proactively engage healthcare stakeholders, understand their objectives and guide them towards measurable improvements in prescribing practices. Working within our Medicines Optimisation product portfolio, you will support our customers throughout the contract life cycle – being involved in tender writing, onboarding, customer success and training of our products. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with clinical, product, operational and technical teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
